With a background impacted by so very different cultures you gain a certain insight, curiosity and inventiveness. Add to that a mother who was and still is an industrious entrepreneur and it kind of had to end like this.

On my many trips back and forth between the cultures, I soon began bringing the best along with me and integrate it into new contexts. An exercise, that grew into a strong habit of spotting interesting things and developing them further. Once you have that particular habit, you can’t really get rid of it again – and so my life as initiator had begun… I simply can’t stop having new ideas!

Looking back it was also obvious that I should be doing something with a close contact to people. Each time my family and I moved to a new place, a new network had to be built, which meant that today I love meeting new people, understanding who they are and what excites them. Combine entrepreneurship with the interest for people and add my great passion for gastronomy, it becomes very obvious that I should make it my living to sell food and service.

This is how you have landed on our website now, where our businesses are a clear expression of who I am and how coincidences sometimes make sense.

When doing business we hold a firm believe that heart and brain can go hand in hand and create an environment with room for honesty, fairness, earnings and joy. Joy is a focal point in our perception of colleagues, suppliers and of course guests, who we always welcome with a desire to provide a valuable experience.
